New Solution Allows Complete File Access Using BlackBerry Handhelds

Mountain View, CA - April 24, 2002 -- FileFish Inc., an emerging leader in corporate information access solutions, today announced that it has formed an alliance with Research In Motion Limited (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM; TSE: RIM) to provide secure access to corporate files using the popular BlackBerry Wireless Handhelds™. FileFish and RIM will collaborate on marketing, engineering development, and business development activities related to FileFish's file access solution for BlackBerry™ handhelds.

FileFish Unveils New Mobile Computing Technology at DEMO 2001

New Technology Provides Universal Access to File Data that Resides Anywhere

PHOENIX, Ariz., DEMO 2001 - February 12, 2001 - FileFish Inc., a pioneer in the development of next-generation mobile office solutions, will preview its mobile computing technology today at DEMO 2001, the prestigious invitation-only technology launch conference. FileFish will present its technology that allows business users to work with file data that resides anywhere from any device.

FileFish Inc. Secures $4.6 Million in Financing Led By SBVC; SBVC Principal Managing Director Scott Russell Joins Board

Mountain View, CA - January 29, 2001 - FileFish Inc., a pioneer in the development of next-generation mobile office solutions, announced today that it has secured $4.6 million in first round venture financing led by SBVC. Innovacom, France Telecom’s venture capital arm, also participated in the round.
